VENUE RENTAL INFORMATION

The spacious and beautiful Silver Queen Farm barn is available to rent for a wide variety of functions and events–consider having your wedding, rehearsal dinner, baby shower, birthday party, or workshop on the farm with us!

PRICING

Saturdays: $3,000.00 minimum, for up to 100 guests. An additional $30 will be charged per guest for parties of more than 100, up to a total of 220.

Sundays & Fridays: $2,000.00 minimum for up to 100 guests. An additional $20 will be charged per guest for parties of more than 100, up to a total of 220.

These prices include the use of our tables and chairs. Weekdays will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

SEATING

Tables and chairs are available as follows:

220 Natural wood folding chairs with padded seats

25 Round Tables 60” (seat eight)

10  Rectangular Tables 8’x30”

6 Rectangular Tables 6’x30”

DETAILS

Your rental includes access to the barn from noon to midnight on the day of your event.

For Saturday events; you may host a rehearsal dinner or decorating party on the Friday before your event, for an additional charge of $1,500. This allows you access to the barn from noon to midnight and you may leave supplies and decor over night.

Music must be turned off and bar closed at 11pm.

All garbage and recycling must be in provided receptacles. We take care of all other cleanup duties.

All personal property must be removed by midnight on the night of your event, or (on a case-by-case basis) arranged neatly by the back door to be picked up by noon the next day.

You may book any vendors you wish to work with for catering, music, photography and more. Check out our "vendors" page for our recommendations!
