The spacious and beautiful Silver Queen Farm barn is available to rent for a wide variety of functions and events–consider having your wedding, rehearsal dinner, baby shower, birthday party, or workshop on the farm with us! Venue Rental Information:
Saturdays: $2,400.00 minimum, for up to 120 guests. An additional $20 will be charged per guest for parties of more than 120, up to a total of 220.
Sundays & Fridays: $1,500.00 minimum for up to 120 guests. An additional $13 will be charged per guest for parties of more than 120, up to a total of 220.
These prices include the use of our tables and chairs. Weekdays will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Tables and chairs are available as follows:
220 natural wood folding chairs with padded seats
25 round tables 60” (seat eight)
10 Rectangular tables 8’x30”
6 Rectangular tables 6’x30”
You may have access to the barn from noon to midnight. Music must be turned off at 11pm. If you would like additional access, this can be arranged for $200/hour.
We can also recommend photographer Alexandra Meseke from a shoot she did in the summer of 2013.
In addition to hosting events, we are a full time u-pick farm and farm stand, and will not close our facilities to the general public on the day of your event. This will in no way interfere with your celebration, and our regular customers will only be on the grounds outside the barn until our 6:00 pm closing time (June is 7pm).

Past Events at the farm:
Enjoy a menu that features local produce, meat, cheese, baked goods, liquor, wine and beer!! Does it get any better than that? Also take the opportunity to tour the farm and ask Gordie how he makes it all happen.
This month’s dinner will also include a silent auction to benefit The Meat Locker Pilot Project, a program that encourages consumers to buy meat from local farms.
DINNER: Thursday, August 22, from 6:30pm – 9:30pm.
BRUNCH: Sunday, August 25, from 11:00am – 2:00pm

Fiesta for the Future! Local wine and tapas prepared by fantastic chefs, Latin music, and a silent auction with donated goods and experiences to bid on. 100 % of the money raised will go to providing backpacks filled with school supplies to the children from Migrant and Seasonal Head Start programs across the state. It is a (fun!) way the community can take a stand for the children of parents who provide a valuable service on farms, vineyards, and orchards in New York.
